Chimney restoration and rebuilds

When a chimney is past patching, we take it down and build it back. Teardown, new brick, new cap, new flashing. The photos show the stages: scaffold up, old brick out and into the bin, new courses laid, cap and flashing on.

Chimney crowns, caps and flue liners

The top of the chimney is where water gets in. We pour concrete crowns, set clay flue liners, and fit caps and flashing. There is a photo below of a crown the day it was poured.

Brick restoration and replacement

Failed brick comes out and new brick goes in. Below windows, we put new membrane and flashing behind the courses before the brick goes back. Corners get toothed out and relaid.

Structural brick and block rebuilds

Some walls are past repair. When a wall has deteriorated, we take it down and rebuild it in new concrete block. The demolition goes out in a bin and trailer, not into your yard.
